The challenge

Every organization will be disrupted. The question is how fast you recover.

Prevention still matters, but regulators, insurers and boards now ask a harder question: can you keep critical services running and restore them on a timeline you can defend? Most organizations have plans on paper that have never been tested with the people who would run them.

Who this is for

For the leaders who answer for the outage

No technical background required. The course assumes leadership responsibility, not engineering skills.

Executives and owners

CEOs, COOs, CFOs and practice owners who need to decide what must keep running and what an outage would cost.

Technology and security leaders

CIOs, CISOs and IT directors who must turn controls into a recovery capability the board can understand.

Risk, compliance and continuity

Risk officers, compliance leads and BC/DR managers preparing for audits, regulators and insurers.

Consultants and advisors

MSPs, vCISOs and advisors who want a structured way to run resilience reviews with clients.

The AI-CRRQ™ method

Five sessions that take you from assumption to a tested plan

Each session builds one section of your playbook, using the three AI-CRRQ™ dimensions: Threat Exposure, Operational Response Capability and Recovery Velocity.

1

Assume breach

Tue, Jan 12

Name your critical services, set how long each can be down, and map the rules that apply to you.

2

Threat exposure

Thu, Jan 14

Find where you are most exposed, including vendors, cloud services and the AI tools your teams already use.

3

Response capability

Tue, Jan 19 · live tabletop

Run a ransomware tabletop: who decides, who calls law enforcement, what you tell staff, clients and regulators.

4

Recovery velocity

Thu, Jan 21

Set recovery time and data loss targets, check whether backups really restore, and close BC/DR gaps.

5

Board-ready

Thu, Jan 28 · presentations

Score your posture with the Survival Index™, build a 90-day plan, and present your playbook to the cohort.

What you leave with

A playbook you can hand to your board, not just a certificate

You work on your own organization from the first session. Each module adds a section, with templates and worksheets to fill in between sessions. In the last session you present it and get feedback from the instructor and your peers.

Working on a sensitive environment? Use our fictional case company, Meridian Industries, and apply the method to your own organization privately.

Questions

Before you apply

Do I need a technical background?

No. The course is written for leaders. Technical staff are welcome, and the worksheets go deeper for those who want it.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and shared the same night. You can send questions ahead and catch up before the next session.

Do I have to share my organization's details?

No. You can complete every exercise on our fictional case company and apply it to your own organization privately. Never share passwords, patient data or details of a live incident in class.

Can I use this for CPE credits?

You receive a certificate showing 10 live hours. Many certifying bodies accept self-reported training hours. Check your own body's rules before you count them.

Can my employer pay, or can I bring my team?

Yes. We invoice organizations directly, and teams of three or more can ask about group pricing at info@aabgm.com.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the first session. After that, you can transfer your seat to a colleague or a future cohort. If we cancel or reschedule the cohort, you get a full refund.
